Zucchini Fritters with Garlic Aioli
Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini (grated)
- ¼ cup Almond flour
- ¼ cup Parmesan (grated)
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Olive oil (for frying)
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise (for aioli)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced (for aioli))
Instructions
- Squeeze moisture from grated zucchini.
- Mix zucchini with almond flour, Parmesan, and egg.
- Fry spoonfuls in olive oil until golden. Serve with garlic aioli (mayo + minced garlic).
