Notes

Zesty Citrus Fusion:
Infuse your teriyaki tofu steaks with a burst of citrusy flavor by adding a dash of orange or lemon zest to the marinade. The citrus notes will add a refreshing and lively dimension to the dish.
Sesame Ginger Infusion:
Elevate the marinade by incorporating freshly grated ginger into the mix. The aromatic warmth of ginger pairs wonderfully with the teriyaki sauce, creating a dynamic and delightful taste.
Coconut Aminos Wonder:
Swap out the soy sauce for coconut aminos, a soy-free and gluten-free alternative. This variation brings a slightly sweeter and milder taste to the dish while maintaining its essence.
