Keto Simple Pork Skewers

**Pan Cook**

  1. Place the meat pieces in a bowl and season with black pepper, salt, and thyme to taste.
  2. On two skewers equally put the ingredients, meat, onion, tomato, pork, eggplant, pork, zucchini, bell pepper, tomato and pork. Actually, you can layer it as you like.
  3. Add oil on a grill pan and cook the skewers over medium heat for 10 minutes turning every 3 minutes. Increase heat and cook for 5 more minutes on all sides. Cook until the meat and veggies are well done.
  4. Serve over a lettuce leaf.

**BBQ Grill Cook**

  1. Same as steps 1 u0026 2 above...
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the kebab skewers on the grill and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the veggies are charred and tender. Keep an eye on the skewers to avoid overcooking.

If you prefer chicken over pork, feel free to swap out the boneless pork rib for boneless chicken breast or thigh. Cut the chicken into similarly sized pieces and marinate them in your favorite keto-friendly seasoning or marinade before skewering.
