Keto Salmon with Chunky Basil Pesto

Salmon is one of the best fish to eat when you're on a keto diet because it's so rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
The combination of salmon and pesto is so surprisingly good that you will look forward to having this regularly.

For the Salmon

  1. Season the Salmon with ALL the herbs and spices
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet and add Olive Oil
  3. Add the salmon (skin side down) and cook for 2/3 minutes
  4. Turn the salmon and continue cooking until thoroughly cooked
  5. Set aside

For the Pesto

  1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor
  2. Pulse on high until everything is coarsely chopped (around One minute)
  3. Serve the Salmon with a generous amount of Pesto and garnish with a slice of lemon
