Ingredients
- 150 g Pork (Minced)
- 20 g Red Bell Pepper (Cut into thin strips)
- 20 g Shallots (Thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp Chilli-Blackbean Paste
- 75 g Cabbage (Shredded)
Instructions
- Sear the Pork in a non-stick pan until brown and the fat is rendered.
- Add shallots and bell peppers.
- Add Chili-Blackbean Paste.
- Add the cabbage & toss for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve whilst hot.
