  1. Sear the Pork in a non-stick pan until brown and the fat is rendered.
  2. Add shallots and bell peppers.
  3. Add Chili-Blackbean Paste.
  4. Add the cabbage & toss for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Serve whilst hot.
