Keto Okra Curry

What You'll Need
- 1 Deep Pan
Ingredients
- 200 g Okra (Chopped into 1" Pieces)
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ½ Red Onion (Thinly Sliced)
- 1 tsp Ginger/Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
- ½ Cup Water
- Pinch Salt (To taste)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add red onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato paste. Sautee until aromatic.
- Add curry powder and roast briefly.
- Add water and okra.
- Simmer for 7 minutes.
- Serve Hot
