Ingredients
- 4 Oz Cream cheese (Softened)
- 2 Oz Butter (Softened)
- ¼ Cup Coconut flour
- 1 Tbsp Erythritol
- 1 Tbsp Matcha Tea Powder
- 2 Tbsp Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor
- Pulse into a smooth mixture
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls
- Cover each ball with coconut flakes
- Chill in the fridge until ready to serve
