Keto Choco Almond Fat Bombs
Ingredients
- 7 oz Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Almond Meal
- ¼ cup Erythritol
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips (dark chocolate, sugar-free)
- 1 tsp Butter ( melted together)
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese in a bowl.
- Add almond meal.
- Add erythritol.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form balls and place them on a plate.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and refrigerate until set.
- Serve.
