- 100 g Chicken Breast (Diced)
- 10 g Garlic (Minced)
- 5 g Ginger (Minced)
- 10 g Shallots (Minced)
- 2 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- ½ Cup Chicken Stock
- Fresh Cilantro (For Garnish)
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Add ginger, garlic and shallots.
- Add tomato paste and curry powder
- Add chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
- Add chicken pieces and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and simmer until thick.
- Top with fresh cilantro.
