Ingredients
- 12 Mushrooms (large)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 4 slices Bacon (cooked, crumbled)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove stems from mushrooms.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff mushrooms with the mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes.
