Avocado Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 Eggs (hard-boiled)
- 1 Avocado (ripe)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Paprika
Instructions
- Halve the eggs and remove yolks.
- Mash yolks with avocado, mayo, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon mixture back into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
