Separate the yolks from the whites from 2 Lge Eggs and put the whites in a mixer bowl. Season with Black PepperMix with a mixer until fluffy and stiff.
Place a parchment paper on a baking dish and divide the fluffy egg whites into equal parts.
In each part, make a small hole and carefully add the yolks.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve topped with 1 Tbsp Bacon (cooked and chopped), 1 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper (chopped), 1 Tbsp Green Onion (choped), 2 Tomato and 2 Cucumber.
