How to make Keto Smoky Cheeseburger Salad
Time needed: 15 minutes
- Brown the Beef Mince
Start by browning the mince in a pan. (No need for oil or butter, the mince will release it’s own fats as it browns off)
- Toss the Salad
Toss the salad ingredients together in a large salad bowl
- The Dressing
Once the mince has browned, remove from the heat and set aside. While it cools a little, mix together the mayo, ketchup and liquid smoke to create a yummy dressing
- Toss the mince in with the salad
When you’re ready, toss the mince in with the rest of the salad in the bowl. You can plate it up and then drizzle your dressing seperately, or toss in the dressing and give it a good toss with salad utensils before serving
