Keep it all moving in the pan and gently bring the ingredients up to heat. - Get aromatic

Once the mix is incorporated, add the stock, followed by the tomato sauce and stir until well incorporated. - Allow to simmer
Turn the heat down a little to bring the soup to a nice gentle simmer.
- Top with Avocado
