      How to make Keto Spinach & Cheese Egg Bites

      Time needed: 10 minutes

      Make the perfect Keto Cauliflower Rice

      1. Preheat your oven

        Get the over ready. Preheat to 400oF.
        Whilst it’s warming up, line a muffin tin with paper liners or spray the tin with non-stick baking spray.

      2. Beat the Eggs

        Now beat the eggs together with some nutmeg powder, salt & pepper in the bowl.
        Fold in some cheese and finally some chopped spinach

      3. Ready for baking

        Next, carefully pour the mixture into the muffin tin cups.
        Bake for 12 – 15 minutes

      4. Serve of Chill for later

        When they’re done, you can serve them right away, leave them to cool and serve as snacks, or chill in the fridge for use later or next day.
