- Brown the pork mince
Begin by searing your pork mince in a good quality non-stick pan.
Cook through until all the posk fat is rendered - Add the Veg
Once your pork is nicely browned off, add in to the pan the bell peppers and shallots.
Give the veg a moment or two to heat. - Add Chili-Blackbean paste
Now you want to be adding a good tablespoon of chili-blackbean paste.
- Cabbage
For the last couple of minutes, toss in your shredded cabbage.
Toss the pork and cabbage in the pan for 1 / 2 minutes - Serve hot
