Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (Sugar-free)
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 Medium Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips (Sugar-free)
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients in a large microwave-safe mug
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds (adjust according to your microwave power output)
- Allow for 1-2 minutes after microwaving (cooking will continue after removing from the microwave)
