- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (Sugar Free (1Tbsp = 20ml / 16g))
Instructions
- Stir together hemp hearts, coconut flour, flax seeds, and almond milk in a heat-proof bowl.
- Microwave for 90 Seconds

Why when I input this recipe into my carb manager app it comes out as 354 cals?
