These homemade gummy bears are made with just four ingredients plus some boiling water, and result in a satisfyingly chewy texture with endless flavor possibilities.
On trend gummies include those with apple cider vinegar and ginger extract added – a solid combination of healthy ingredients designed to help to support your weight loss goals and promote overall wellness.
I’m a big fan of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and for a lot of great reasons. Among other things, it’s been known to help balance pH levels, lower blood sugar levels and even help with weight loss! www.healthline.com
Incorporating ACV and ginger gummies into your daily routine can be an easy and effective way to help manage your appetite and achieve your health and fitness goals.

- Ginger Extract (great for regulating blood sugars and helps alleviete nausea)
What You’ll Need

How to make keto gummies
Time needed: 50 minutes
Creating these sugar-free gummy bears couln’t be easier. Follow these simple steps to make your own keto gummies:
- Preparation
Prepare the gummy mix by combining the jello mix and gelatin in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Then, pour the boiling water into the bowl and whisk vigorously until the jello mix and gelatin dissolve completely.
Add the Apple Cider Vinegar (Use 500mg of powdered ACV, or 2Tablespoons if using liquid form), and Ginger extract to the hot liquid and let the mixture cool for 8-10minutes. - Get Molding
Fill whatever molds you are using for the shapes… (they don’t need to be bears, – I like these little tree shapes…), use a measuring jug with a spout, or a baster – carefully drop the gummy mixture into the molds.
- Allow the gummies to set…
Place the filled molds onto a baking sheet for easy transfer and removal.
Refrigerate them for 30-40 minutes until they firm up.
Once the gummies have set, remove them from the molds and enjoy!
Tips for Creating the Perfect Sugar-Free Gummies:
- Make it easy to transfer the filled molds to the fridge by laying the molds onto the baking sheet before filling.
- For a little extra sweetness, incorporate 1-2 tablespoons of Erythritol or sugar-free soft drink mix, but do avoid any that contain aspartame or sucralose as these are not considered healthy sweeteners.
To Store:
To keep your gummies fresh, you have two options:
- Refrigerate them in a sealed container.
- (I personally use ziplock food bags and grab the entire bag if i’m taking them out with me).
- Despite their gummy texture, refrigeration is recommended. They will be great for up to 1 month.
- Freeze – Place the gummies in a shallow container or ziplock bag and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months.
