      How to make Keto Grilled Pork Ribs with Coleslaw

      1. Season the meat

        Start by seasoning the ribs with black pepper and salt.
        Make sure you rub the seasoning all over the meat and work it into the flesh.

      2. Start cooking the ribs

        Preheat a grilling pan over medium heat and add the oil.

        Cook the other side for 5 more minutes.

      3. Turn it up a notch

        Increase the heat under the grilling pan and cook for another 5 minutes per side.
