It couldn’t be easier… Start by mixing the soybean paste, chili-garlic paste and sesame oil until nicely combined.
Then add some finely chopped scallions and some sesame seeds – stir/mix well whilst introducing the erythritol and mix well. - Grill your Pork
Next, grill your pork belly steaks – go for around 7-10 minutes each side. (don’t be afraid to reduce this if you prefer a slightly less well-done pork steak)
