- Preheat your oven
Start by getting your oven on and pre-heat it to 350of
- Mix your ingredients
Whilst your waiting on the oven, mix all your ingredients together in a large bowl.
Start with the dry ingredients first, (Almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol and gelatin.
Get these mixed well, then add the 3 eggs – beat them into the mix well and finally add in the melted butter.
You’re going for a nice smooth batter that will pour into the muffin tin. - Pour the batter
Now pour the batter into the muffin tin/pan leaving a little room in each cup for rising.
Bake at 350of for 10-12 minutes.
(Use a toothpick to insert in the center of a cupcake… they’re done when the toothpick comes out clean.
