      How to make Keto Chicken Florentine

      3. Reduction

        Once the chicken is nicely poached, remove it from the pan and set aside. Now reduce the remaining stock to approximately quarter of a cup.

      4. Get Creamy

        Once reduced, toss in your spinach and add in the heavy cream

      5. Return the Chicken

        Now, return the chicken to the pan and allow it to re-absorb some heat.

      6. Serve

        Once it’s warm enough, serve with whatever side you prefer.

      3. Add enough stock to barely cover the chicken.
      4. Cover and poach over low heat for 20-25 minutes. 
      5. Take chicken out of the pan and set aside. 
      6. Reduce pan juices to approximately a quarter of a cup. 
      7. Add spinach and heavy cream.
      8. Return chicken into the pan. 
      9. Serve hot.
