      How to make

      Keto Cheeseburger Lettuce Wrap

      Time needed: 15 minutes

Make the perfect keto cheeseburger lettuce wrap

      1. Create your beef patty

Start by forming the minced beef into a burger patty.
You can pre-cook the patty if you prefer, but I like to cook it and eat it right away.
TIP: Add some seasoning to your patty at this stage to really enhance the burger flavor.

      2. Prepare your burger packaging

Ready your preffered wrapping for the burger, (I use aluminium foil). by lining it with a large Romaine lettuce leaf.

      3. Build the burger

Place the beef patty onto the lettuce leaf.
Add a tablespoon of low-carb mayo.
Add one generous slice of cheddar cheese.
Then place slices of fresh tomato, cucumber and red onion.
Finally, add the second lettuce leaf on top.

      4. Wrap it up

Now you can wrap it up for later if you’re pre-preparing it for lunchtime, or enjoy it right away.
