Time needed: 35 minutes
Make the perfect Keto Butter Chicken
- Melt the butter
Start by melting the butter in the pan.
Add the ginger, garlic and shallots - Tomato Paste
Time to add the tomato paste and curry powder.
Mix this well to incorporate into a lovely thin paste consistency - Chicken stock
Once that’s done, pour in your chicken stock and bring to a simmer
- Chicken
When the broth is simmering, add in the tender chicken pieces.
Simmer this for a further 10 minutes. - The Cream
The stck mixture should have reduced a little by now, so it’s time to add the heavy cream.
Let this simmer again until the sauce thickens to your preference. - Garnish & Serve
Serve hot, with a little garnish of fresh cilantro.
