Make the perfect Bacon & Kimchi Devilled Eggs
- Hard Boiled Eggs
To prepare this keto-friendly dish, start with 3 hard-boiled eggs.
Remove the shells and cut them each in half.
Gently seperate the yolk from the whites, leaving you with 6 egg white ‘cups’. - Create your filling
In a large bowl, mix together the egg yolks, mayo, soy sauce, bacon bits and spring onions
- Bring it together
Once the mixture is well combined, spoon it into your egg white ‘cups’ – filling the void left by the egg yolks.
- Garnish and serve
Top each egg half with sesame seeds and serve… or chill in the fridge (covered) until ready to use them.

- 1 Tbsp Kimchi (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Bacon bits
- ½ tsp Soy Sauce (Light)
- 2 tsp Spring Onions (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds (Toasted)
Instructions
- Peel eggs and cut in half. Separate yolks from the whites.
- Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, kimchi, bacon bits, soy sauce, and spring onions in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon mixture into egg white halves.
- Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
