  • Mozzarella: Shredded mozzarella cheese provides the breadsticks with a gooey, stretchy texture and enhances their cheesy flavor.
  • Garlic: The minced garlic adds a bold and aromatic taste to the breadsticks, infusing them with a savory kick.
  • Parsley: Chopped parsley contributes a fresh and herbaceous note to the breadsticks, balancing out the other flavors.

How to make keto Garlic & Herb Breadsticks..

      Time needed: 16 minutes

The method for creating these scrumptious breadsticks is quick and straightforward.

      1. Blend the ingredients

Start by blending all the ingredients in a bowl, including the mozzarella, almond flour, minced garlic, parsley, and egg yolk, until well combined.

      2. Divide the dough

Now, divide the dough into evenly sized balls of dough, (exact size is up to you – I normally go with bigger than a golf ball, smaller than a tennis ball)

      3. Roll into sticks

Roll each dough-ball out into a stick shape, (if you’ve stuck to my sizing, then the length should work out to be roughly the length of the distance between your thumb and forefinger).

      4. Bake

Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them at 220°C for 6-8 minutes, allowing them to turn golden brown, (try to resist the amazing aroma).

      5. Allow to rest

After baking, allow the breadsticks to rest and cool, which helps to enhance their texture.

With their irresistible garlic and herb flavor, these keto breadsticks are a fantastic addition to your low-carb repertoire, satisfying your cravings while keeping you on track with your ketogenic diet. Get ready to indulge in these flavorful, guilt-free treats!

      Dipping Sauces:
Pair these breadsticks with delicious keto-friendly dipping sauces such as marinara sauce, garlic butter, or creamy ranch dressing for an extra burst of flavor.
      Make Ahead and Freeze:
Prepare a larger batch of breadsticks and freeze them for future use. Simply thaw and reheat in the oven for a quick and convenient keto snack or appetizer.
      Toppings and Variations:
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese or a dash of Italian seasoning on top of the breadsticks before baking for added flavor and visual appeal. You can also experiment with different types of cheese, such as cheddar or provolone, to create unique variations.
