How to make keto Garlic & Herb Breadsticks..
Time needed: 16 minutes
The method for creating these scrumptious breadsticks is quick and straightforward.
- Blend the ingredients
Start by blending all the ingredients in a bowl, including the mozzarella, almond flour, minced garlic, parsley, and egg yolk, until well combined.
- Divide the dough
Now, divide the dough into evenly sized balls of dough, (exact size is up to you – I normally go with bigger than a golf ball, smaller than a tennis ball)
- Roll into sticks
Roll each dough-ball out into a stick shape, (if you’ve stuck to my sizing, then the length should work out to be roughly the length of the distance between your thumb and forefinger).
- Bake
Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them at 220°C for 6-8 minutes, allowing them to turn golden brown, (try to resist the amazing aroma).
- Allow to rest
After baking, allow the breadsticks to rest and cool, which helps to enhance their texture.

- ½ Cup Mozzarella (Shredded)
- ½ Cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Garlic (Minced)
- 1 Tbsp Parsley (Chopped)
- 1 Large Egg Yolk
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a bowl
- Lightly knead the mixture into a smooth dough
- Divide the dough into even-sized balls, then roll each into sticks
- Place the sticks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 6-8 minutes at 220c
- Rest to cool, then serve or store for later
Tried these with some tomato soup and they are just yummy. Perfect for dunking.
