Serving Suggestions:
Complement your kebabs with a side of cauliflower rice.
Simply grate or pulse cauliflower florets in a food processor until they resemble rice grains. Sauté the cauliflower rice in a pan with some olive oil until it’s tender.
The cauliflower rice adds a low-carb alternative to traditional rice, allowing you to savor every bite of the succulent kebabs guilt-free.
Fresh Salad Bed:
Create a light and refreshing base for your kebabs by serving them over a bed of fresh lettuce leaves with some carrot.
The crisp lettuce provides a contrasting crunch to the tender meat and veggies, while also acting as a vessel to catch any delicious drippings from the kebabs. It’s a simple yet satisfying way to enjoy these keto skewers.
Yogurt Dip:
Pair your kebabs with a cool and tangy yogurt dip.
Mix together Greek yogurt, a squeeze of lemon juice, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs like dill or parsley.
This refreshing dip perfectly balances the flavors of the kebabs and adds a creamy element that will leave your taste buds dancing.
