How to make These Keto Baked Pork Ribs
Time needed: 40 minutes
How to make Keto Baked Pork Ribs
- Marinade in advance
The best results for these pork ribs are achieved when you give them a good few hours of marinading prior to cooking.
Mix the yogurt, lime juice, masala, ginger-garlic and salt in a large bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a large re-sealable food bag and put your ribs in with the marinade mix. (I sometimes use a suitable sized sealable tupperware box – but remember to turn it once an hour to let the marinade cover the ribs).
Seal the bag and transfer to the chiller / fridge… leave chilling for 4 hours. - Ready to bake
When youre ready to cook, thake your ribs out of the food bag and shake off any excess marinade.
Transfer to a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350of for 40minutes.
(I do like to brush some marinade onto the ribs at 20 minutes and turn them on the tray) - Get Ready to Enjoy
Serve them as part of your barbeque spread, or use one of our fave suggestions below…

Serving Suggestions:

Elevate your pork ribs for BBQ serving by brushing them with a keto-friendly barbecue sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
The smoky and tangy flavors of the sauce will complement the spices in the marinade, adding an extra layer of complexity.
Serve these saucy ribs with a side of coleslaw and pickles for a classic barbecue feast.

Asian Fusion Delight:
Give your pork ribs an Asian twist by drizzling them with a keto-friendly soy-based glaze before serving.
Create a glaze using soy sauce, ginger, garlic, a touch of keto sweetener, and a splash of sesame oil. Brush the glaze over the ribs and return them to the oven for a few minutes to caramelize.
