Tip: Easily make a salad more fulfilling by adding some cooked bacon crumbs or cheddar cheese or add some keto sandwich bread on the side!
Keto Curry-Spiked Tuna and Avocado Salad
What You’ll need
- Tuna (Drained (Albacore Tuna is best)) 16 Oz
- Avocado (Diced) ¼ Cup
- Celery (Chopped) 2 Tbsp
- Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
- Curry Powder 2 Tbsp
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper Pinch
Keto Thai-Style Tom Yao Salad
What You’ll need
- Tom Yao Sprouts 1 Tbsp
- Red Bell Pepper (Thinly Sliced) 30 g
- Roasted Peanuts (Chopped) 1 Tbsp
