When do I get to use the meal plans?
- As soon as you sign up, your meal plans will be available to you in the Total Keto Diet app! We’ll guide you through the sign up process. Make sure to use the same email during sign up within the app as you did during checkout!
How many calories can I expect to eat a day?
- Each day will completely customized to your caloric needs to hit your goals. You can always adjust your goals or the recipes/courses as you like.
I have food allergies. What kind of common allergens are in these meal plans?
- You get to choose which allergens or food types to avoid!
Are the recipes easy to follow/make?
- Most recipes have up to 10 ingredients and include simple preparation! We try our best to keep our recipes simple yet delicious. That means no frilly ingredients – we stick to the basics so your meals are made quickly and enjoyed immensely. We also include leftovers so you’re not cooking multiple times every single day.
Are all the recipes ketogenic diet-friendly?
- Absolutely! By default, you’ll be eating around 25 grams of net carbohydrates per day (net carbs = total carbs minus dietary fiber and sugar alcohols). You can always adjust this setting to fit your needs better!
Where can I download the app?
When will I be charged?
- You’ll be charged after your trial period is over. From then on, you’ll be charged once a month.
Is there any fee to cancel?
